Cédric Vincent is from Lyon. When he was a child, he spent most of his free time with his grand father in the countryside. He enjoyed playing in the wineyards and planted his first vine of Beaujolais blanc at the age of 4. This determining experience raised his awareness about his heritage.

He excelled in sports in his youth, and became consultant for the Beaune wine-grower after his studies. Then, he created the Domaine Cedric Vincent in 2010. His growing is exclusively dedicated to the cultivation of « Beaujolais » wines, and covers an area of 12 ha, from the Pierres Dorées in the south to the Moulin à Vent in the north.

 Twice awarded « young talent » (in 2010 and 2014) during the Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction, he became a member of the Disciples d’Escoffier in 2015 and joined the Collège Cullinaire de France as a quality producer in 2017.
