Cedric Vincent applies some biodynamic techniques in order to respect the natural wealth of the terroir and of the landscapes. He supports the equality between species thanks to a suitable agriculture without insecticides, and takes account of the lunar calendar. From year to year, he alternates plowing and turffing to maintain the soils.
